With zInspector you can create turnover tasks easily during a Property Management Inspection by using Action Items.
Whenever you identify a turnover task during an inspection, simply tap the exclamation point next to the area detail that requires attention, select the appropriate action—repair, cleaning, painting, flooring, etc., and rate its priority. Then simply complete and submit your inspection.
The inspection report will appear in Timeline and arrive in your email as usual, but you will also receive an additional email for each category of action (cleaning, painting, etc.) required. The email’s simple text format makes it easy to use, for instance, to create a HelpDesk ticket. A link to all raw photos associated with that action is included at the bottom of the email. To add or remove photos as needed or communicate with vendors, tenants, and property owners about a specific turnover task, simply click on the Task Link in the email and to be taken to the task in zInspector. There, in Task Manager, you can further process any task as needed.
Enable “Auto-convert PM Inspection Action Items to Tasks” in Settings > Admin Settings > Task Settings.
