zInspector’s Property Management (PM) Inspection mode is an incredibly powerful tool for your Move-In and Move-Out Inspections. Additionally, many users employ PM Inspection for more general purposes including New Property Setup and Annual or Full Home Inspections, and the Report Title feature can be used to re-name an inspection for any desired purpose.
This video, and the walkthrough following it, specifically shows you how to re-purpose the last completed Inspection report for a given property by changing its title.
If you want to create your own Report Title for use on any inspection report, view this support article.
6. You can make changes to the previously submitted inspection as needed then press Continue.
7. On the final screen, notice the Custom Inspection Title drop-down menu. Select a report title from the drop-down, make any additional changes on this screen, and click Final / Submit. The report, now with its newly selected title, will be submitted by PDF to the default and additional recipients (if any) and be available to view and download on the website.
Note: By default, the report title change will display in the report heading (at upper left, between the property address and the inspection report date) but not in the report header (along the top of the report). To display the custom report title in the header, go to Settings –> Admin Settings –> Report Settings and check-mark the box box for PM Replace Header Title? then click Save Changes.
