Documents is a zInspector Pro feature that allows Property Managers and other professionals to generate completely customized documents and forms. From the online portal menu bar, find Docs in the Advanced menu: here you can view and search the documents you have created, upload a document, or work with document templates.
Certain fields, such as inspector name and phone number, tenant contact info, and property data are filled automatically when available.
Additional fields for Details, Comments, Take a Photo, and Inspector Signature, as well as numeric fields for money or counts, and more can be added.
By using Documents, your whole group of users can fill out standardized template document forms on the go from their mobile devices and upload these to the server immediately. (More on that here.)
