Receiving & Sending Reports by Email
Reports generated in zInspector will be sent to the email address listed in Settings.
In addition, you can enable Email Integration so that additional email addresses will receive reports automatically.
- From the online portal menu bar, select Settings.
- Enable or Disable the automatic email options as needed.
- Under Email Integration, enter a list of emails into the Email List textbox, separated by commas or spaces. Remember to click Save Emails to complete this step.
Finding Reports on zinspector.com
To find your reports on portfolio.zinspector.com:
- Go to either your Portfolio or Timeline via the online portal menu bar.
- Find or Search for your desired Report.
- Note that Reports from the mobile app must be completed and uploaded before they appear on the site.
- Click on the Icon for the the desired Report. You will be taken to a new screen which shows photos and notes for the Activity.
- Click on the Edit/View Report button at the top.
- The PDF version of the Report will be shown. You can Preview the report, or choose to Download PDF, Download/Email, or Download Zip.
