zInspector is designed to be flexible to your approach, whether you need to get fully set up fast or prefer to ease in gradually.

• To start off slowly, just add property and tenant data as you go. Most users who go this route create their properties on-site using the mobile app and add individual tenants/leases as needed to invite them to perform their own inspections.
• To dive in, with all of your properties / units in zInspector from the beginning, multiple creation tools on the website can help you set up.  All eligible users are highly recommended to import their property and tenant/lease info automatically by syncing from a property management accounting software such as Appfolio, Propertyware, Rentec Direct, and Rent Manager. Whatever your approach, we suggest you initially create a few properties manually, just to get started.
• Most companies start with one or two employees using zInspector, then roll out to all their employees after a few inspections.  You can add inspectors at any time.
