You sure can. Simply tap the Gallery (stacked photo) button in the app’s main menu.

The Gallery shows all recently taken inspection photos and videos still stored on the device.  Tap the Share icon (three dots connected by two lines) next to any photo in the Gallery to send it from your device’s available messaging or email apps.
