Removing an activity from your Timeline and zInspector account is easy. Deleting an activity from zInspector is a feature only available to Admin users. This extra layer of security ensures that no activities will ever be accidentally deleted. Please note that data CANNOT be recovered once it is deleted, not even by the support staff at zInspector. A final report containing the data from the activity will be automatically emailed to you.
Admin users need to enable “Allow Activity Delete for Admin Users?” in Admin Settings –> Report Settings
Troubleshooting Tip: when viewing a Property Management Inspection without any photos, zInspector automatically Spans back (7 days by default) to look for recent photos. The Activity Delete feature only works if Span is equal to zero. If Span is non-zero, change to Zero, be sure All Activities is unchecked, and then click Refresh.
