If your zInspector account is syncing with AppFolio and some of your properties appear to be missing from the Properties page, the most common reason might be that the properties are missing the Property Name in AppFolio. The Property Name field might be optional in AppFolio, but it is essential to sync your AppFolio property data into zInspector.

Once you have updated Appfolio, then open the report in Appfolio and proceed to Actions –> Email CSV and forward the report to your Sync ID Email that you may locate on the accounting integration page.  That will update zInspector in just a few minutes.
