Did you improperly import a spreadsheet with lots of units—or mistakenly use the multi-unit new property tool for testing?  Need a do-over? No problem!

Simply go to your Admin’s Property Page, archive the units/properties, use the Verify Media tool to empty any contents, and delete them.

Here are the specific steps to use the Bulk Delete and Verify Media tools within your zInspector account to delete all of those units at once. A walkthrough follows the video.

Step 1) First you need to Archive the erroneous Properties / Units (only available on the Admin’s Property Page), search for the erroneous properties and Select All, and then Archive them.

Step 2) Now go to the Archived Properties tab. Here, you can use the Verify Media button to check if any of the properties contain media such as videos/images/360 images, as they need to be deleted from a property before it can be deleted. Once complete, Select All and then Delete.

Tips:

• You can also view which properties/units that have no media by using the search bar. If you type ‘No‘ or ‘!Yes‘ into the Media? search bar, only properties/units with no media will be shown.

• You can view more properties at once by using the Page Size drop-down menu. Options include 100, 500, and 1000!
