Invite dozens or even thousands of tenants to perform inspections in one operation!

Bulk invitations is very simply and fast to use.  Here are the core steps:

• On the Tenants page, use the search bars to show the desired list of tenants.
• Click the Select All checkbox (at upper left)
• Click the Data button and select Bulk Invite.

Note: One tenant per lease will be invited when performing a bulk tenant inspection invitation.  At this time, the tenant who is invited cannot be designated in advance. You can always review the invitation log for a specific lease to see which tenant was invited.  You can then individually disable and resend a specific invite individually, as needed.
