As an owner or Admin user, you can edit photos/videos and inspection report findings once they have uploaded to the website.

For Quick Pictures inspections, go to Timeline, select the activity of interest and, when it opens, click the Edit? button on any photo to edit its tags.

Helpful tip: Uploaded photos still stored in an individual user’s app can be edited there (tags edited, permanently deleted, and even marked up), and those changes will sync to the version on the website. To see the Gallery, tap on the stacked photos icon (click here for more info).

For Inspect mode inspections, go to  Timeline, select the inspection of interest and, when it opens, click directly on the report preview to change an item (correct an error, add a tenant name to the header, elaborate on a vague comment, change a tag, etc.)

The video below provides an example of editing a condition-based inspection, including the changing of comments and condition values, which can only be done by a user with full (Owner/Admin) privileges.
