Both the zInspector 3 app and website include tools for multi-unit property creation.

• On the app, tap Property/Unit, +New (at the bottom of the screen), then Multi Unit to get started.
• On the website, select Properties > Properties from the menu bar, click the +New button, and select Multi-Unit Property to get started.

Note: Multi-unit property creation mode works best for units that are very similar.

Tip: We recommend that you run the tool once per floor of a complex.

Pro Tip: Users of a property accounting software (AppFolio, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or Rentec Direct) can set up an integration to import their properties and keep them up to date with minimal effort.

Need something more specialized? An Admin user can create many different properties with specific information at once by using the CSV (spreadsheet) Import Tool on the website.

• From Admin Settings, expand the CSV Imports menu, and select Properties/Units. Make sure to follow the instructions very carefully.
• Feel free to email us a copy of your spreadsheet for review prior to upload.

Tip: If you use the Spreadsheet Import Tool, we recommend that you follow the naming and address conventions used for your existing multi-unit properties in zInspector.
