zInspector properties can be archived and later restored or permanently deleted, depending on your preference.
Note: Only Admin users can archive, restore, and delete properties.

- For any property, click the Archive icon.

- Un-checkmark and re-checkmark the ‘select all ‘ checkbox at upper left to select all Yes properties (otherwise the now-hidden No properties will remain checkmarked).
- Click the Data dropdown.
- Select Restore.
Deleting Properties
Archived properties, and any associated inspection data, can be deleted permanently from your account. Deleted properties no longer count toward your property limit (for Free account holders).
To delete a property from zInspector, you must first archive it. This multi-step process helps ensure that properties aren’t deleted, and inspection data lost, inadvertently.
To delete a single property:
- Go to the Archived Properties tab of the Property List.
- For any property, click on the Delete icon.
- Click Delete in the two pop-up windows to confirm.
To delete multiple properties:
- Go to the Archived Properties tab of the Property List.
- Checkmark multiple properties (at left).
- Click the Data dropdown.
- Select Verify Media and click Continue.
- Once the Verify Media process has completed, see the Media? column.
- Properties with associated inspection data are indicated with Yes. They must be deleted one at a time (see “To delete a single property” above).
- Properties with no associated inspection data are indicated with No. They can be deleted in bulk (see next steps).
- Checkmark any/all properties with no associated inspection data (No in the Media? column).
- Click the Data dropdown.
- Select Delete and click to Close the warning message.
