Focus Your Task View in the App

For zInspector accounts with many active field agents and tasks, it can be very helpful for users to see only those tasks to which they are assigned.

Go to Settings > Task Settings on the mobile app and check-mark the box “Show only tasks assigned to me.” Now you will see only those tasks for which you are designated as the Assigned or Managed task contact.

“Show only tasks assigned to me” can be enabled (check-marked) by default for every user on an account by an Admin user.  Simply add the following line to Smart Comments:  

z:[[ShowOnlyMyTasks]].

Individual users can still opt out in their app’s settings menu by un-checking the “Show only tasks assigned to me” checkbox.
