Go to Settings > GDrive Sync (Beta).
Name your spreadsheet and click the green save icon.
Click the Share button to customize Access permissions.
- Edit permissions for any group member by double-clicking on the current permission level in the Group Members table.
- Share the sheet with additional (non-group member) recipients by clicking the +Add Email button. They will be listed in the Others table.
When ready, click Enable.
Once enabled, you’ll be able to Click to Open the Google Sheets URL.
To sync your Google Sheets workbook any time, return to the GDrive Sync page anytime and click the Sync button.
Within the Google Sheets workbook, you will see various sheets, including a Distribution Log, Timeline 90 days (covering the last 3 months of Timeline Data), Tasks, Leases, Properties, zData, Owners, and Tenants. Click on any tab at the bottom of the workbook to switch to the desired sheet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This feature does not currently support email addresses that use a Google alias (for example, firstname.lastname@example.org). To provide access to any user, including the account owner, whose username is an email alias, please add the non-alias version of the email address (such as email@example.com) under Others.
