When Rent Manager integration with zInspector is set up and auto-reporting to Rent Manager is enabled (see this article for specifics), a copy of each completed zInspector inspection report will automatically upload to the corresponding Rent Manager unit history.  To specify how your zInspector reports should be categorized in Rent Manager, click on Settings and select Accounting Integration.

In the Options row, tap Change.

On the Reports tab, click the Show History Categories available link and select the appropriate category.
