User Groups are subgroups containing group members for whom certain access privileges (e.g, specific property portfolio groups, neighborhoods, or complexes) can be assigned.
As an Admin user, go Contacts, then Group, and select the User Groups menu tab to create and edit User Groups and assign specific group members to them.
For example, you can create a User Group for group members who only need to see properties in one particular apartment complex. By assigning permissions to that User Group for only that complex, the members of that group no longer need to be distracted by unnecessary inspection data for other properties.
You can assign a Property to a specific User Group on the Admin’s Properties Page.
