By default, your Property Management Inspection report will list an “Inspector: [user name]” in the heading (at the upper-right of the report).
To use a title other than “Inspector” in your report heading—such as Property Manager, Technician, or Agent—select Settings then Report Settings (or else select Admin Settings then PM Report Settings under Inspections and Templates).
Enter the preferred personnel title in the Name Type for Property Management Reports field then click the green Save button at lower right.
