Smart Comments provide mobile app users with a list of predefined comments to easily add to any photo or detail during an inspection on zInspector 3. This can be a great way to standardize feedback for common findings across inspections performed by your business. In the example below, an app user has searched for “Door” in the Smart Comments field.
To review and edit the current selection of Smart Comments on your account, on the website go to Settings > Admin Settings and under Inspections & Templates select Smart Comments.
Delete any comment by clicking its corresponding Delete (trashcan) icon.
Click +New at the bottom of the page to add a new Smart Comment.
Search for specific Smart Comments by keyword (such as an Area or Detail name) in the search field.
When satisfied, click Save.
Smart Comment updates will sync to all mobile apps on the account.
