Use To-Do lists to document basic office processes and procedures, keeping your team consistent and on-point for any scenario. Even simple checklist prompts like these—Did you confirm the phone number on file? Do you have authorization to proceed? Do you discuss basic troubleshooting first?—can save time, cut down on follow-up communications, and fine-tune the handling of routine tasks, in the office and on-site at a property.
Default To-Do Lists can be created and managed in Admin Settings. To-Do Lists can be accessed, added, completed, and otherwise interacted with in the Task Manager view for a given task.
