When performing your inspections with the zInspector 3 app, you can mark any property detail as an Action item (!).

When you submit the inspection, tasks are automatically created for any specified action items. One task is created for each specified action type during a given inspection.  For example, you may have five items specified as Repairs Required and three items specified as Maintenance Required. In this case, two tasks—one listing the five Repair work order items and one listing the three Maintenance work order items—will be created. You will receive a separate emails for each task, containing a list of work order items with available comments and a public link with all the photos associated with the task.

You can simply copy the text from the email, including  the work order details and link to photos, and paste it into your task management software (such as Property Meld, AppFolio, or Propertyware).

If you wish to review and edit your task photos at any time, you can go to Tasks in zInspector, open the relevant task, and scroll down to the Work Order Photos section. Click the Down arrow on any photo in this section to remove it from the task, or in the Related Photos section, click the Up arrow on any photo to add it to the current task. The public link including task photos will update automatically.
