zInspector’s powerful table search capabilities can help you manage your inspections by filtering for inspection dates.
Table Search of Properties
Using a table search on the Properties page, you can focus in on properties not recently inspected and arrange for an inspection accordingly. You will focus on the Last Activity date column to generate an interactive dashboard for your inspection history. Determining which units have not been inspected recently, and scheduling appropriately, has never been easier.
The following values (at left) can be entered into the Last Activity search field for specific results (at right).

Table Search of Tenants
Using a table search on the Tenants page, you can additionally determine which tenants have not recently performed a tenant-completed inspection and invite them to perform one, schedule an invitation for them or, if you are an Enterprise user, take advantage of bulk invites. The same values provided for the Properties table search above can be used to search through Tenant-Completed Inspections within the TI Last Date column.
Hint: The Log (clipboard) icon to the left of any lease row on this page can help you quickly see which specific inspections have been performed during that lease.
