With Task To Do Lists, you can really set your processes.  Develop any number of custom checklists for your business.

You can create any number of custom To Do lists, and, then select and apply one or more To Do lists to any tasks.  Use To Do lists to document basic office processes and procedures like: Do you confirm the phone number on file? Do you have authorization to proceed? Do you discuss basic trouble-shooting first? etc, etc.

To Do Lists can be created and managed from either clicking on Default To Do lists from within a Task or accessing the To Do List manager under Admin Settings.
