When you submit an inspection or other document from the zInspector 3 app, a copy can be emailed automatically to you as well as to one or more additional recipients, as specified in Routing settings (account-wide, for admins) or Email Integration settings (individual, for non-admins).
Admin-Level Auto-Report & Routing Settings
A zInspector account owner or admin user can view, manage, and customize report routing options for any user on the account from a single screen. Go to Settings > Group Members > Routing tab.
Here, in addition to specifying Global Auto-Reporting, Auto-Reporting to Self, and Auto-Reporting to Others, an admin user can create Filter Rules to have zInspector send specific report types to desired recipients automatically.

Individual Auto-Report Settings
To access individual, non-admin Email Integration settings, go to the website, select Settings, then click on Profile Settings.
Customize Email Integration settings as needed by sliding the associated toggle left (disabled) or right (enabled).
Global Auto Reporting
When enabled, Global Auto Reporting emails a copy of each inspection activity report completed by every user on the account to the specified user(s). It is highly recommended that at least one user on each account have Global Auto-Report enabled. The easiest way to confirm and manage this is on the updated Routing page by an Admin user.
Report copy to your email
When enabled, zInspector will automatically email a copy of each inspection report and document you complete on the mobile app to the email address associated with your zInspector account profile. Leave this disabled if you do not want to receive a copy of each completed inspection and document automatically.
Report copy to additional emails
When enabled, any additional email addresses specified below will receive a copy of each inspection and document completed on the mobile app. To add a new recipient, simply click over “Enter an email,” type in the email address, and click enter. Repeat as needed then click Save.
